The hotel is clean and little, offers particularly good location easy to find from the metro station. The room is tidy and compact with shared bathroom, has free Wi-Fi...

There is nothing to like, disappointing
All information about hotel is not clearly mentions in the web site, like if you pay through card need to pay 5% extra, need to pay city tax etc. You can hear the outside noise, even the peoples walking sound.

The bedding was comfortable. The room maid was nice.
A lot of negative points in that hotel. Firstly, we took the "family room" which was as large as a corridor with 6 beds, a couch and a wardrobe. The plastic door of our room was fixed with brown Scotch. There was no shutter on the only window of the room which was closed with chains and a lock. It's very dangerous in case of fire. We asked someone at the hotel if he could open it but he said he wasn't able to do that. To air the room, we only had an electric fan. One of the most shocking thing was that there was only a bathroom for three rooms. The walls of the room was full of black & brown stains. We found a horrible big black bug (cockroach) on the wall. Very dirty. The hotel was far from the center. It was too expensive for the presentation of the hotel. The staff wasn't really welcoming. The pictures of the website don't match to the room.

Clean and straightforward hotel with good location located very close to tram station. Very comfy bed, nice bathroom and central heating, television, and a writing desk in the room. Appetising variety at breakfast🙂

Check in was easy.
Room was dirty and smelled. Paper thin walls. Common shower and bathroom was not maintained well by staff. Hotel is located poorly to a good feel for Amsterdam. Staff decided it was ok to put 4 people in one 11 ft x 11 ft room which was never advertised as such. When I inquired they simply said "too bad" and was very dismissive. If you want a hostel experience (but want a hotel price) then you should consider Flipper Hotel. If you want a hotel I'd suggest another place in the city. I have traveled extensively and this was the worst hotel I've ever been to - it put a major damper on our Amsterdam visit.

Nice location in a quiet part of town, near a train, metro and tram station with connections to the city center. Very good breakfast.
No elevator, steep stairs. Tiny rooms with no space for your things and clothes, only one nightstand and a closet with no shelves.

Consider me officially shocked
I was left astounded . The friendly staff was good, but I couldn't believe the discomfort caused by the room size and shared facilities. A lack of privacy and space were great. Beware of potential bedbug issues as well!

I think, breakfast was the best thing during my stay at the hotel.
I apologize for my opinion, but the rooms should be smoking free.

A guy at reception was friendly and helpfull. The room was kept clean. Quiet at night.
The hotel is quite far from the city center, so you have to take a tram or taxi everytime you want to go back to your room. The light in the bathroom was close to death, as the one near one of the beds actually already has been.

Nothing... Sade...
Because the night before we are in hotel in centrum with a bedroom more large without noise, with bathroom, with toilets, with the same price... And at the breakfast, there are cakes. We are very deceived for the hotel flipper. No quality.

I appreciated incredibly comfortable room, it had an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The location in a very quiet area was lovely and wonderful and there were supermarkets and department shops nearby. Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave, I would stay here again and again.
